Terms and location

Please note University residences are designed as shared facilities. It is not possible for a group to have exclusive use of a residence area, or residence hall within a residence area, unless the group is able to fill each building to capacity. In order to maximize available space for all guests and ensure all programs and have an opportunity to stay On-Grounds, multiple groups may be assigned to the same residence area and may share buildings within the residence area. In the event that more than one group is assigned to share a residence hall, Conference Services will make every effort to separate groups as much as possible with emphasis placed on age and gender.
